We are very grateful to Caroline and Steve for their help in the recent sale of our family property in Remuera. From the initial consultation, to the auction day, the team remained patient and caring to my elderly parents and to myself keeping us informed and giving us professional advice in terms of the work required to be done before the open home day. They worked so hard helping us to get our property to a position fit for auction giving us a complete peace of mind. Throughout the viewing process, they kept us up to date with the market movement, and fed back to us regularly on potential buyers' comments and expectations. We were well informed of the types of buyers before and on the auction day. They also helped us understand the importance of setting the right reserve price going into the auction. Although it was disappointed to realise we were selling in a downward market, they gave us the confidence in them to achieve the best possible price. We appreciated their honest advice, and were pleased with the outcome of the auction, which saw high activities of bidding on the day among an unexpected large number of buyers. We are certain that without their help this would not be possible in the current market (as there were no or very little bidding for the other properties being auctioned on the same day).
