•Right from meeting Dean at the first open home I attended I have been continually impressed by his professionalism and exceptionally high level of service. All my questions were promptly answered, helpful advice given and basically every detail taken care of. Dean definitely has that "go above and beyond" attitude and has been a pleasure to deal with. I am delighted to have been the successful bidder at auction and Dean helped make this a positive and less intimidating process! Very happy and would highly recommend.
Dean took care of everything. The marketing process was seamless . After a stress free 3 week campaign my property sold for above my expectations at auction . I still can’t quite believe it ! I have sold many properties in the past , never at auction , always a long and stressful process . In the end I’ve never felt the high of a great sale . A reluctant negotiation for a lesser amount . The team at Ray White Remuera run a slick operation that get results . What I particularly liked about Dean’s approach is that he’s is not pushy , he’s attentive , honest , a great listener, calm under pressure , professional, trustworthy, makes you feel important with all the time in the world, with genuine care. Behind the calm and unflappable exterior lies a hard working , results driven and incredibly talented sales agent . Mature and professional beyond his years . I can not recommend Dean enough . He’s not like every other agent , he’s by no means mainstream , he’s creative and adapts well to the fluctuating property market with the passion to succeed and get the best result for the vendor .
I was nervous about putting my house on the market post covid. I knew it would be a stressful time and perhaps ending with no sale. Sam took care of EVERYTHING! I didn't do anything. He liaised with my tenants at the property with great care. Turned a very resistant tenant not wanting to allow viewings into a very obliging tenant. He spent alot of time and patience ensuring everyone was happy and informed throughout the sale process. The marketing cost was a big barrier for me initially as i couldn't afford not to sell after paying for marketing. Sam's marketing was very reasonable and tailor made to suit me, the type of property and the market it was targeting. The most impressive part of the marketing was that Sam door knocked everyone in my street !!! He worked hard to generate interest. I have sold 5 properties previously and they all went to auction. Not one sold at auction, so I was expecting the same result this time. The agent then trying to convince me my home was worth much much less than their appraisal (Barfoot and Thompson). Not a great experience when the final sale went through. The team at Ray White was a slick operation on the auction day. The bidding went above and beyond my price expectation !!! And sold for a outstanding profit. Honestly I would never ever hesitate to sell again, it was an easy process. I felt totally informed and relaxed through the whole sale process. Sam went WAY above and beyond my expectations. Personally Sam is a genuinely lovely person and has so much passion and knowledge in Real Estate with a wonderful calm approach. Never was he he pushy. I loved that he has the backing of whole Ray White team behind him, the market was very much covered. The unique feature about selling with Sam and his team at Ray White, they are more than happy to work with any opposing agency. They work so hard for the vendor to ensure they get as many potential buyers as they can . They genuinely want the best result for the vendor.
