A successful and effortless (from our perspective) campaign

Trent was great from our experience. His approach is to be honest about what he sees happening with the marketing, contacts and open homes and kept us update constantly about progress, viewer concerns and how every engagement played out. He was actively selling similar properties also in the area and was able to give us an area insight in to how they were progressing and what buyers were looking for. He didn't talk it up or down but gave us the reality as the campaign progressed. He also gave us plenty of warning when we needed to push lawyers or property managers to ensure paperwork was done in a timely basis. Finally, as we were out of the property for the campaign, he was happy to help to action any stuff that needed to be done at property so saving us a trip!.
