Solid Negotiator

We have recently both purchased and sold with Michael and were impressed by the passion he has for negotiation. His authentic style makes you feel like he truly cares about getting the best deal for both parties. We would have appreciated if our market appraisal had been more aligned to where the market was heading rather than where it had been so to better manage our expectations; the market dip was expected so consideration for this should have been built into the expected sell price. Also based on our type of house (stucco / cross-lease), we are not convinced that selling via auction was the best decision nor was it the best utilisation of Michaels skill set. Negotiation is really what he excels at! The whole process was, however, very smooth and speedy, with lots of interest as a result of the marketing campaign. We appreciate all the work Michael and the team did to help us close this milestone in our lives.
