An easy choice

As absentee overseas vendors, it’s a big ask to place your absolute trust in any agent to sell your biggest assets on your behalf. We have dealt with Steve previously and the decision to use Steve again was an easy decision. Team Koerber made the whole process as simple and stress free as humanly possible - great communication, great insight and advice, and seamless liaison with tenant, contractors and all other parties on our behalf. I do not believe that there is another agent that could have delivered a better result, both in terms of the sale price on the day, but perhaps more importantly, secured a successful sale in such an easy and relatively stress free manner.
