I approached Ray White as they were close by to Havenbrook and I wanted an agency different to what the majority were using at the village. Cleighton and Thomas were able to meet with me straight away and we visited my mum's place the same day. I mentioned to them was there young age a barrier to working with older people. This was an effective and efficient communication style for me as the epoa. He had to adapt to the challenge of dealing with a Trust and the delays that brought with it. I found Cleighton to be calm in the face of challenges, of which there was many, in reaching solutions for his vendors and purchases. I feel Cleighton is a compassionate soul in helping others. He kept his integrity and positive attitude despite difficulties along the way. I appreciated his honesty if there was something he wasn't sure of he would find out and let me know. I felt Cleighton's youthful energy, professionalism and negotiation skills to keep things moving forward impressive.
