I would highly recommend Josh to anyone living in the Hunua Views area. Josh definitely has his finger on the pulse when it comes to what is happening in the area. Josh kept us up to date with potential viewers without us having to market our home. He has a great way of linking those that have been to his already perhaps "sold homes" in the hope the would like ours. This worked and we sold in record time - complete with a long settlement so we are able to stay in our home until our new property is built.
