Josh was very professional and his local knowledge and manner helped to get our buyer to commit

His communication with us was very good especially through the due diligence period when there were a couple of things to work through with client. I believe his communication and calm manner would also have helped the buyer through this period as well. He also knows Hunua Views very well so could give the client comfort and was able to get them up to where I needed the price to be. I really recommend Josh to anyone as we were very pleased and got a quick sale which suited our situation.
