First class agent!!

We decided to go with Jonathan after careful deliberation of several agents. We made the best choice. Jonathan worked tirelessly to help us get the house ready for photos, listing and all advertising necessary to get clients to our open homes. We had many potential clients even before we went to market. But also had multiple viewers throughout the month. Eventually and quickly, maybe three weeks he had a buyer and did his magic and the house was sold for what I wanted. $40k higher than other similar houses in our area. Plus he gave us an excellent commission on sale. We couldnt of been happier. Would definately use Jonathan again in the future. I highly recomend him.
