Friendly & focused

We chose to list our property with Gemma & Anthony as they came highly recommended and have long been big supporters of local businesses and events within the community. They worked well as a team with Gemma acting as our sole agent and Ant providing excellent photography, sharing the open homes but providing double the value! Tasked with also finding our next home - Gemma consistently had her foot on the pedal and went out of her way to keep finding and presenting us with ample options. Always more than happy to take the lead/stress from us and organise whatever we needed, before we had even thought of it. It was a challenging, saturated market to sell in but when it came to the crunch, Gemma’s top negotiating skills enabled us to settle both properties in perfect timing.
