I chose Prince as my agent as I felt he really understood the community in which I was selling, which made him well placed to know how to market it. Although the market we were selling in was not a seller's market, Prince rose to occasion and really dug deep to ensure people came to the open homes and the property was regularly refreshed on social media. As a result, we had more than one offer and eventually, a successful sale was secured.
