Absolutely Amazing

We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Charlotte. She kept us fully informed throughout the entire process — her communication was exceptional. What really stood out, though, was how she managed to keep a second potential buyer engaged even after we’d initially accepted another offer. When the first sale fell through (they couldn’t sell their property — should’ve listed with Charlotte!), she’d already positioned the second buyer perfectly. Thanks to her proactive approach and clear communication, that buyer came forward with an unconditional offer, and we were able to accept immediately. It was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. We can’t recommend Charlotte highly enough — seriously, she’s amazing.
