Don't choose anyone else to sell your property!

Craig Pashby is the real deal. Selling property is supposed to be a major stressor but I can honestly say that none of it was stressful - even the auction!! Craig spent a lot of time with me explaining the different types of house sale and told me why he felt an auction was best for my property. His reasoning was sound and I felt completely safe in his experienced hands. He explained all the things a real estate agent must do by law and nothing was a problem. He recommended various services that I could use to prepare my house for sale, and those organisation's also exceeded my expectations. Craig didn't pass me off to someone else once I engaged his services and his communication was second to none. His team are super competent and friendly, just like him. His fees are very reasonable and fair, given the exceptional service. My mother was also selling a house in another area and she told me she was envious of the agent I had.
