Full of lies to sell a property and then creating unnecessary tension

Monty has been really pathetic with the whole house purchase process. This particular property had been in the market for quite sometime and I believe because of his lies no one would buy it. We were first home buyers and he made the process to troublesome. Final inspection of the house was to be done 3 days prior to settlement but this didn’t happen until 2pm on settlement day. Pending work was not done in a works-man manner and Monty kept lying that the vendor wasn’t agreeing to things whereas it was him who had been lying all the time. We saw his email to the solicitor and then discovered what crap he had been doing. A lot of follow ups were needed to be done for him to do 1 thing. Totally disappointed with his work ethics and will never recommend him to anyone.
