Attentive, patient, helpful an thoroughly explain things in Samoan which is our first language.

He explained the process well in Samoan and we were able to understand why we needed advertisements and how open homes attract more people and what the agent's job is. We've had other agents before who were pushy and think they know better than us because English was our second language. They were rude and domineering.
