Excellent character, kind, consistent, timely, helpful and always make time to achieve family goal

Kitua has excellent communication skills both in English writing and speaking where she had demonstrated them very well during the entire time she helped us from house searching to the payment settlement, received the keys to the property (about 3 to 4 months). She communicated to us via email, whatsup, mobile and meeting in person where she always like to inform us with necessary information such as house market trend, methods/types of buying house like auction, negotiation, viewing open house etc that will help us to make an informed decision within our budget, objectives and goals. Kitua always liked to make plan before executing it where she encouraged us to involve in creating the plan such as finding houses via websites (one-roof etc) or any other sources and let her knows. She made a list of houses and scheduled the date/time for us to view and she had a senses of humor to make us laugh likes having fun when viewed many houses in a single day and we forgot the tiredness and pressure of the day. Kitua has positive attitude where she encouraged us with several options to achieve our goals. One time, we tried backup contract for a property and we failed so she encourage us to keep on moving forward by arranging another property which was on auction, the owner was happy but my finance was not convinced so we waited for the passed-in event in the auction process. That plan was failed but Kitua was still having a positive attitude where most of family members were giving up. However, Kitua had great determination, commitment and willingness to lead us not only to satisfy our finance's requirement but to get our dream house and place within our budget. We turned every stone in our way went from Favona, Mangere, Papatoetoe, Manukau, Manurewa, and Weymouth and finally achieved our dreamt house and place in Favona. I like to recommend her to anyone wishing to buy house and I already did it before making this review to a family live-rent nearby.
