This agent would win gold

If there were an Olympic event for fastest house viewings, this agent would win gold. We managed an impressive three-minute inspection, which must be the premium express package. Communication was clear, confidence was high, and the fancy white shoes suggested someone ready to talk the talk. He shadowed us like an over-enthusiastic tour guide, making sure we kept moving and stayed well within our three-minute window. At times the energy felt a bit like someone on a first date, slightly panicked but trying very hard to impress. To be fair, the persistence paid off. He pulled together a great sale, even managing to pull buyers away from another agency’s multi-offer situation. What a smart move! He also did his best to present the house well and distract from the lingering smoke smell, which is no easy task. All in all, high energy, strong persistence, and a deal that got across the line. And honestly… those white shoes deserve their own review. ??
