Our first home buyer experience

My wife found the property from a Facebook ad, I got in contact with Brendon and he helped arrange a private viewing for us to see it before the next open home. The house was our ideal starting home. But the biggest motivator to continue coming back and putting in an offer was the manner that Brendon interacted with us. He didn't give us a sales pitch or try and convince us the house was anything else than what it actually was. We felt the honesty, it made us feel like we can trust him. It was our first home buying together and he gave us his time and attention whenever we asked questions. Even in early morning emails or late night phone calls. He went above and beyond to get things moving when I was worried we were running out of time on important days such as going unconditional and settlement. Prior to meeting Brendon, I had spoken to at least 20 other real estate agents from different property viewings. He was the only one who treated my wife and l as equals, which allowed us to have genuine conversations about the house and our needs. There are so many real estate agents who exude a certain fakeness and they try and twist your perception of a property to force the sale. I believe I would have walked away if I met with anyone else other than Brendon at this house.
