Had no idea how much difference an agent could make.

Cole was exceptional at every stage. He gave me a really good deal. He let me be as involved as I wanted to be and showed a dedication and commitment from first meeting to deal closed in a way I’ve not seen elsewhere before. He even put his own gym equipment in our garage to help potential buyers imagine how the space could be better utilised and pulled up with his own trailer to store some of my excess furniture in his storage for me. Our house did not sell at auction (highest offer wasn’t what I wanted on the day) and the amount of time and effort and sales mastery Cole put into securing us not just one strong post auction offer but also a backup offer was incredible. I also bought my next house from him (where I first met Cole) and even as a buyer I felt highly respected and saw from the other side how much respect he shows his vendors. I don’t think there’s a more hard working, honest and endearing agent in Auckland. Definitely go with him if you can.

Professional, hard working and goes the extra mile

Max is a professional, hands-on hard working agent. He went door knocking around the neighborhood, cold called hundreds of prospective buyers, did studious follow ups with each person who came to view the property, did two open homes each weekend - and even helped us move some furniture onto a trailer for staging! He would call me at the end of every open home so his communication was top notch. I also appreciated how he did not over disclose to any prospective buyer.
