Went the extra mile with a smile

Our rental was in an area where we had no local contacts. So Fiona was recommended to us by "My Top Agent" and we were NOT disappointed. The property required a major overhaul and Fiona provided us with all the trades people we required including a plumber, builder/painter and tiler all at reasonable rates. Although the property did not sell at auction, we managed to sell through the contacts Fiona had established within a couple of days. At all times she maintained a high degree of professionalism and did this with a smile.
