Estate sale made easy

At a time that can only be described as devastating for our family Nicole was amazing to deal with going the extra mile to help us deal with and complete the final sale of our beloved mother's estate. Due to our location from NZ time zones were a problem but Nicole made sure all proceeding matters were dealt with at times that aligned with us and/or was started in a manor that have us ample time to take required action. Nicole was referred to us and i would gladly recommend Nicole and her team to anyone who is looking to get into or out of the property market, our campaign was an easy process from first conversations, contract approvals, staging and potential buyer inspections were all sorted timely and professionally. Nicole's passion and drive to showcase our property brought in potential buyers and also found the person who feel in love with the property so we were able to sell unconditionally after a short campaign at auction.
