First home owner joys!

As “forever renters” who have spent the past few years looking to buy a home in vain, we had come to harbor a suspicion that we may never find a home to call our own. Once we saw our eventual first home we were smitten but had a lot of novice questions about how to proceed, what to do if X or Y happens, and how to tie all of the different pieces of a home purchase together. Kristina Walsh made us feel like our questions were sharp, well-placed, and most importantly she was able to put herself in our shoes. We really lucked out in having Kristina navigate the home purchase process with us; she is full of transparency and care…rare qualities in any profession these days.
