We weren’t actively looking to sell, but Sam approached us at a time that suited us to consider it. His enthusiasm and positive attitude were much appreciated throughout the process. Communication could have been a bit smoother at times — especially around updates and paperwork — but Sam was professional, approachable, and ultimately got the job done. Overall, a good experience and a successful outcome.
