Helpful on every level and excellent communication

Piyush was my main contact and I found him to be very helpful. The last time we purchased a house was 19 years ago and Piyush explained and reminded me of the steps and key dates in the buying process. This was a simple thing, and I was impressed that he was happy to take the extra time and make sure I understood; he never pushed for a quick decision or commitment. It was always about making sure that I was informed and letting me make my decisions. He was always accessible and he managed and coordinated the inspection people and opened the property for them at agreed times. My preference was always to work on a laptop and not my phone, and he accepted my old school ways, even though it might have delayed him receiving info from me. There's always stress involved when buying a house, but I feel that Piyush did everything possible to keep this at a minimum. Thank you
