Above and beyond

I can’t say enough about how great Emma Shine was as agent for my house sale: she knows the business absolutely inside and out, which helped at every step of the process as things came up. She’s really great with people, will offer great ideas but also really listens and cares what both seller and potential buyers are concerned about, which helps her match house and buyers as well as just being easy and lovely to work with. Emma was pivotal not only in selling my house, but in helping me buy my next (smaller) house through another real estate brokerage, bc I had put in a conditional offer, and Emma stayed in touch with the broker for the other house, updating them on what was happening on my house, and reassuring the broker for the house I wanted to buy that they didn’t need to aggressively market that house, as mine was smoothly on the way to sale and I’d be able to come through on purchasing the other house. That was truly above and beyond, and I will appreciate it forever. She managed to arrange that both my sale and purchase of my old and new houses will happen on the same day— how good is that!
