From the very beginning of the process and all the way until the end, Team Holly Jones have absolutely gone above and beyond. We met with several agents before deciding to go with this team, and ultimately we decided because of Ricky’s energy and confidence. This team were confident we would achieve a sale price at least 40k higher than other agencies, and they not only pulled through, but made it seem easy. The communication and access to the whole team put our minds at ease and we felt so supported through the whole process. Charlotte Mason in particular was an absolute delight to work with. Charlotte and the team managed to get us offers beyond our expectation at a deadline that was bought forward, and when our first accepted offer fell through, we had another exceptional offer presented to us within 12 hours.
