Excellent communication, truly went above and beyond

Alice kept us well informed right throughout the process. There were thoughtful touches by Alice that made the sale much easier for us - things like noticing the property (being vacant) was feeling cold, so she bought a heater to warm it up before open homes, offering to whip around with the vacuum cleaner when required to save us from going out to the property more often, and communicating with the neighbours as and when necessary. We cannot rate her highly enough, Alice is warm and approachable, and very professional. We would definitely engage her again in the future.
