Hey It took a while

I bought the house from Brad 15 year ago and sold it through Brad and Holly recently. I talked to a number of agents in masterton but ended up going with Brad. The reason was his clarity and firmness in putting his name on the line with pricing and method of sale, backed up with information from the Masterton Market. Yes it was a different type of house to sell but Brad and Holly turned up for open home and then reported on how they went, every week. It took close to 6 months to sell and price expectations changed as the market changed in that time. My main focus was to be able to downsize and move and not have to use any savings. With good communication and negotiation we got there. As a single person I liked to ask the question "what would you do in my shoes"? While Brad said he would do what I wanted I was always able to get an idea of what he thought best or not. And of course while I did not always follow his advice I found the conversations informative, professional, based on market stats and full of the experience that Brad has picked up over his career. Thanks guys for keeping me focussed and being willing to do what it takes to get it over the line.
