We have nothing but praise for the way Jas managed the sale of our house. He was attentive and very professional and he left nothing to chance. We were continually keep up to date with monthly reports and stats. Previous to Jas coming on board we had two other agents who just didn’t match Jas’s enthusiasm and desire to get the job done; he really is one of a kind, and we without a doubt recommend him to anyone serious about marketing and selling their house. Nothing was too much trouble for Jas; he really was working in our best interest, and as a bonus, he managed to get above our asking price, and his commission rates were competitive. If and when we are in the market to sell another house, there is no question who we will choose—Jas; he has a natural talent for marketing and selling houses. Thank you, Jas— You were simply amazing.
