Tom was communicative, both with ourselves as vendors and others such as our lawyers and property manager. He is knowledgeable about the market, honest, hard working in terms of open homes and ran a positive marketing campaign. He did not overpromise and our sale wrestle was in line with expectations. He worked well with our tenant and was respectful of their rights around open homes and visitations. He worked well with several potential buyers and we always knew where each of their respective bids and conditions lay. Once he had a genuine offer he worked well with the purchaser to close the deal. I could not recommend Tom or his team more highly
