Friendly and Caring Agent!

As a first home buyer, buying a house process was quite overwhelming us as there were so many unknowns. When we first met Denise at the open home, she wasn't fixated at selling the house only. She walked us through the step-by-step process and shared with us a few lessons learned from the other buyers. We had been to so many open homes before and we never met someone like her. Even after the offer became unconditional, she was with us the entire process, helping us to communicate with the vendor, builders, even Auckland Council to order the bins! All in all, we are very glad we met Denise, couldn't have asked for a better agent for our first purchase.
