I know nothing about how to sell my house. I Google searched and read up on Denise online. I had already been researching other real estate companies/agents. Read her article and her info and successes so we thought we'd give her call. Wasn't about the company, it was about the agent. When we met after awhile I felt at ease. We sat down and went through it all including the bottom ball park figure at the end. Even the agency fee because of this, Of all the agents it was her total honesty good or bad that led me to trust her totally. She had a plan, went through it step by step with us through all the permits(or no permits), reports, docs etc.. so we'd end up being legitimate on the other side. Dotted her I's and crossed her t's. She did it all. Always keeping us in the play with all matters. Advertising and promotions were top spec and highly professional and as a result a steady stream of viewers came to view the open homes. Denise attended to them. I didn't do anything. Day of the auction was when we met other associates who helped negotiate the bidding etc. All in all it all was efficiently handled and the outcome was remarkable we were astonished.. still are Thank-you Jesus we couldn't be any happier. Others are already asking who we got to sell our house. We totally recommend Denise Wong A true champion 💯 👏
