An overall positive experience with a very good agent.

We found Lawrence to be a highly motivated agent who had a high level of knowledge of our local area. He appeared to have a good network of potential buyers, including developers, for our property. His level of communication and personal presentation was excellent and he was also considerate of our request that he be especially sensitive toward the current tenant during the marketing process. Overall, our dealings with Lawrence were very positive except when the purchasers offers were well below our price expectations and Lawrence was overly keen for us to drop our price. Since the contract has now gone unconditional Lawrence has maintained contact with us and has been very supportive regarding communications with the purchaser related to deposit and legal issues, which we appreciate. We would definitely recommend Lawrence as a real estate agent.
