Best, honest, hard working

After a disappointing experience with another agent, Denise was able to deliver exactly what she promised, despite many setbacks. Denise went well above and beyond in what I was expecting from an agent. Denise was excellent with giving an accurate, realistic appraisal; recommending work to be done to the house to push the appraisal up; recommending and even organising contractors, and marketing and hosting open homes. Throughout this process Denise excelled at communicating what was going on, and patient and understanding with the items required from my end. During the sale process, Denise was able to negotiate between buyer/seller, and her attention to detail with regard to feedback from prospective buyers and items on the building reports was very impressive. I can't recommend Denise enough as a selling agent: honest, hard working, personable and delivers exactly what she promised.
