•Andrew and Erica were interviewed amongst other agents to find who we could trust to obtain the best price for our house in a difficult market and a sale where we were under pressure to sell. Andrew and Erica came across as genuine and professional in their ideas and approach to selling the house. We did not feel pressured or oversold. He instilled us to have confidence that he would work hard for us and get the best price. With very little interest from potential buyers, Andrew really pulled a bunny out from the hat. He found a buyer from amongst his previous clients, talked them into considering our house, and did a sincere job in representing all the standout features of the house. Many standout attributes were hidden, but well understood by Andrew who was able to use the information to instil confidence ,in buyers. The features include like balanced ventilation, additional insulation, maintenance free materials, high quality coatings, recirculating hot water, all things that are high quality items, but hidden from inspection. Andrew is able to 'read' people, and not annoy them, giving them exactly what information, then space, that they needed to be able to 'own' their decisions and want the house. His care with the purchaser facilitated the sale at an excellent price in a buyers market. In addition Andrew and Erica helped with the house preparation and presentation, making it an easy task for us to achieve. During the sale process he was dedicated to open days and introducing clients. He maintained relentless promotion even when the house was under contract to ensure success, all while maintaining sufficient stimulation to ensure the due diligence process ticked all the boxes, eventually resulting in a successful sale. I could not recommend Andrew and Erica and Team Fava enough, and they have my gratitude.
