We found Drew by accident — or maybe he found us — and after a quick video call it was clear he was the right agent for us. We had long-term tenants living in our first home who had let the place deteriorate badly. Drew guided us through vacating the property and then helped get it market-ready. The lower level had flooded in the storms and we didn’t realise how much that would impact saleability. Drew organised contractors to put the required drainage in place, and also lined up a painter to freshen the interior. There were other curveballs along the way, including discovering a tiled shower needed CCC. Nothing was too hard, and he navigated every step confidently. Communication throughout was excellent. The weekly reports kept us across buyer feedback and made decision-making straightforward. The property ultimately sold through a conjunction with Barfoot & Thompson at a result we were very happy with.
