Challenging sale executed extremely well and in good time.

Given the current market conditions, we knew we had a challenging property for sale, however Tegan managed our expectations at the front end very well. At the time, it was a bitter pill to swallow but it made the process go much more smoothly and in the end we got a sale in very good time that met our expectations. We worked with Tegan in a very collaborative way, she kept us informed of all viewings and we got full weekly reports and call ins to talk progress. The communication was faultless and it made the process less stressful than we had anticipated it would be. Tegan had the support of Eden Beganovic and we thought the two worked very well together. In the end we had a conjoint agreement and Eden had developed a very good relationship with the purchaser's agent and the purchaser to iron out some of the finer details of the agreement. Behind the scenes, the Ray White team are also very efficient and provide a lot of support. In all, a very trusting and seamless transaction. We are very happy with the end result.
