Sale of Glenfield Rd house

Drew sold our house within 2 1/2 weeks of it going to market and this was all achieved with the market cooling off . Our aim was to have the sale in the 2021 financial year and he achieved this for us despite the original purchaser pulling out and then sold for an increased amount . It wasn't a straight forward sale as we had to do some maintenance , Drew recommended tradies , and he also dealt with some difficult issues with one of the tenants . He did all this in a highly professional manner , kept us in the loop with regular communication and always had a smile on his face. We would highly recommend Drew to anyone buying or selling he's the best .
