•We employed Shane Coote from Ray White Mairangi Bay to market and sell our property at 48a Penzance Road. Mairangi Bay. As Shane is a very busy agent Drew Miller did a lot of the work in helping complete the sale. Shane and Drew both kept in touch on a regular basis throughout the whole process, from the time the appraisal was completed until the Time of settlement. Aspects of Shane and Drews service which we found to be extremely good included: Shane gave us honest feedback at the Tme of the appraisal and during the markeTng process, on what the market was like and what price we would likely achieve. Shane recommended we market by set sale, not auction. In the market we were operating in, auctioning our house would almost certainly not have received a good outcome. We were having trouble finding somebody to stage the house. Shane managed to find a house stager for us despite the staging companies telling us they had no furniture available. Shane recommended a building inspector to complete the inspection of the house. We found the builder who completed the inspection to be accurate, fair and efficient. Drew did a good job in completing the marketing. The amount of people we had through the property as a result of Drews marketing was much higher than most other vendors were obtaining at the Time. Drew followed up on the buyers very well and provided a written feedback once a week. Drew was very enthusiastic when dealing with the buyers. Drew managed to get offers from 3 buyers at the end of the marketing programme which was a very good result in the market we were selling in. Once Drew had obtained offers from the 3 buyers Shane did a very good job in obtaining the very best price these 3 buyers were prepared to pay.
