We were the vendors in this instance. Therese and team were there all the way and did everything and more to ensure that our property got noticed and bookmarked throughout the promotional phase. They helped us with thoughtful, sound advise, whilst also making sure we understand the current market and thoroughly explained anything we were unsure about. Communications, a source of issues in just about every situation you see in life was excellent throughout, and everything was conducted in a professional but gracious manner. On auction day, they did everything humanly possible to maintain interest to produce the best possible result for us, in a buyers market! I would rate them higher if possible - thank you team!
