Exceeded all expectations

We had an awesome experience working with Michael. Right from the start, he was incredibly professional, hardworking, and on top of every little detail. He gave us great, practical advice on how to stage and declutter the house to make sure it looked its absolute best for buyers. Communication was spot on throughout the whole campaign. After every single open home weekend, he’d jump on the phone to give us regular updates and walk us through the viewer stats. He's genuinely trustworthy and gave us straight-up, honest advice about the market and what to expect. When it came to auction day, he kept us completely in the loop, but what really blew us away was his dedication at the very end. He was up working and in contact with us until 10:30 PM, grinding to negotiate with the buyer and get the deal over the line. Michael also helped us buy our next place after the sale; if he hadn’t gotten our deal over the line so quickly and unconditionally, we would've missed out on buying our dream home the very next week.
