We had been chatting with Paul for some time about selling two properties, and he was very knowledgeable and had good advice for when we were ready to sell without being pushy. We had a plan and a longish timeframe. But all that went out the window when we found the house of our dreams and I rang Paul, who was on holiday overseas at the time, and said “we need to sell one in 2 weeks”. He put down his cocktail, and his team sprang into life before he even returned to NZ, and worked with us to get one of the properties marketed and sold within a very short timeframe. Paul, Michelle and Jaime have been brilliant to deal with throughout the process. They helped us with advice and guidance and were always responsive. We felt that they were definitely working to get us the best result but were also honest when it came to setting our expectations. We got a great result, given the current market and our self imposed timeframe, and will definitely be selling our second property through them.
