Ella is so on to it! Us being here in Perth, Australia could have created a challenge, but Ella made it so straightforward. She also anticipated the hiccups and challenges that having it tenanted prior to sale presented and found effective ways to meet every one of them. Her negotiations on our behalf to get things sorted were excellent and she resolved a fair few headaches before they became problems for us. The marketing strategy she created seemed like a big step for us, but the link to ListNow she facilitated for us made it very straight forward. Her communication throughout was superb. And with the ‘surprise price’ that the auction delivered, it proved it was the best possible way to go. If we made life difficult and frustrating for her through all of this there was no sign of it!
