Gave Matt the seemingly impossible task of selling my townhouse but he got it done.

Having known Matt since childhood, I wanted someone I already have a good rapport with and trusted. I knew selling my townhouse was going to be no easy task and it did take a while but his resilience got us there in the end. His communication was great and was always providing me with updates. He also seemed to be able to build a good relationship with the tenant of the property I was selling which always makes things easier. Happy to use Matt again if/when the time comes. Cheers bro.
