As a property trader, I’ve worked with many agents over the years – but working with Drew was a standout experience. He brought a clear strategy and a level of energy that truly helped elevate this project both before during and after my renovation. The time he invested, and advice given on the design and layout was appreciated leading to a broad buyer appeal. One of the best suggestions he made was turning previously unusable outdoor common space into a functional fun, low-cost mini putt golf course . It was an inexpensive transformation, but it made a huge impact visually and added real character to the photos and marketing. It set the property apart Initially, I was going to install a pergola, but Drew helped me pivot and invest in fencing instead . It made the space far more private and appealing to buyers.
