Sold a tricky house wth ease

Drew was full of energy, a great communicator and well prepared. The house had issues which were rewmwdiated professionally and signed off by Council. I was nervous that this would put buyers off though but Drew reviewed all the reports, file notes etc and was well informed so that he could comfortably discuss the issue and remediation steps that were undertaken. Drew achieved a sale price above our expectations.
