Knowledgeable property agent who cares about results

Having met Dane at an open home of our now new house, we found him easy to deal with, great communication and very responsive. We won at auction and then needed to sell our house. After visiting our house, Dane quickly delivered an appraisal and showed he had excellent understanding of our local market. He was confident in his recommended strategy and we felt at ease listing with him. In terms of the marketing campaign, Dane was knowledgeable and offered important recommendations and guidance around photography choices and ultimately ran a great campaign for us. We sold at auction 3 weeks later. Overall we found Dane's approach calm and steady. He wasn't aggressive, or overly optimistic. One other thing that really stood out was his support in getting us access to our new property before settlement to arrange tradesmen etc. He genuinely cares about the buyer and the seller.
