Jo was exceptionally professional in a challenging Covid time

Jo Eddington was excellent to deal with. She showcased my apartment in the best light, focused on the unique Parnell lifestyle and the unique features my apartment provided. Despite going into lock-down the week we were due to start open homes, we sold the property under level 3 restrictions just 4 weeks from listing. The ability to complete virtual viewings and then one weekend only of restricted viewings when we went to level 3, didn't detract from the sale at all, as Jo followed up with all buyers, kept me and them informed of interest and progress and we had the best outcome available with a multi-buyer situation above my expectations. I would definitely recommend Jo for your agent. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about Parnell, as a local, and focused on outcomes.
