Nothing but praise for Roz

I was straight up with Roz from the very beginning and got nothing but straight back. I'm not a fan of real estate and knew very little about the process. With the death of my dad, I landed in the world of having to sell a house. Neighbours recommended Roz and I am pleased they did. Roz was at all times professional, had a good knowledge and gave good advice. Her communication was excellent, despite us having the added complications of this being an estate sale. She kept us well informed. Helped out where needed. Was at all times available and approachable. Even though I know Roz has other clients, I felt like I was the only one that mattered. Very personal. She was compassionate and caring. I relied heavily on her for the whole process and was supported all the way. Her negotiation for me was amazing. I loved her honesty, and needed that honesty. I'd recommend Roz to anyone. If I'm ever in need of another agent I would 100% go back to her! Thank you Roz. Truly appreciate all your help.
