Very pleasant, obliging and hard working. Tops

We met Chris when we advertised our flat looking for new tenants. We had been considering selling for a year or two, but as we don’t live in Christchurch we hadn’t realised the market had heated up so much. We leased it to excellent tenants for a year then decided to sell. Chris has been absolutely marvellous. He did a great job of marketing and we had 5 offers in the end most of which were right up there. He has been at the flat for various inspections to save us a long drive, and has worked in brilliantly with the tenants. We cannot speak highly enough of Chris and would never go past him if we were selling in Chch again. Our recommendation comes with a huge A+.
